We are delighted to support a newly opened luxury boutique hotel set in a quaint Cotswolds village. Part of an awardwinning group where each property has its own unique character they are now seeking a passionate Senior Chef De Partie to join their growing team.
You will need your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.

- Working 45 hours per week plus paid overtime

Responsibilities as the Senior Chef De Partie
- Creating a variety of flavourfocused dishes from thehotels hyperseasonal menu
- Making the most of the hotels access to fresh produce grown onsite
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to more junior chefs
- Using your key attention to detail to ensure all your dishes are of a consistently high quality
- Taking advantage of the groups training and development opportunities
