Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Associate Level Project Manager to oversee complex projects with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with Power Query to drive project success through insightful data analysis.Lead project planning sessions to ensure requirements are clear and aligned with business goals.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation analysis and visualization.
Employ Power BI tools to create dynamic reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Use Power Query for data collection transformation and automation processes.
Ensure project milestones are met and adhere to approved budgets.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders team members and other departments.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress.
- Implement data analytics best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Fluent English and French Speaker
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros pivot tables etc..
Experience with Power BI and Power Query.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Adept at conducting research into projectrelated issues and products.
Must be able to learn understand and apply new technologies.
Software:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel SharePoint) and GSuite (Sheets Docs and Slides)
Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Google Chat Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools such as Jira etc.
Required Qualifications
PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (or equivalent)
ACP CSM PSM and SAFe is a plus
Experience in data analytics or a related field
