This fulltime liveout position is ideal for a dedicated professional looking for a longterm role within a wellestablished and welcoming family environment. The role involves overseeing and coordinating a team of five housekeepers across three beautifully maintained properties ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation are consistently met.

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional expertise in VIP wardrobe management including luxury fabric care seasonal organisation and packing and unpacking for travel. Strong leadership and management skills are essential as the Head Housekeeper will be responsible for guiding and supervising the team providing training when necessary and ensuring all household tasks are carried out efficiently. A handson approach is also important as the ability to step in and assist with daily housekeeping when needed will be required to maintain the smooth running of the household.

Flexibility is key to this role as the usual two consecutive days off will fall during the week and will vary. The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and will take pride in maintaining a beautifully presented home. Experience in caring for fine materials and furnishings is essential as well as the ability to create and oversee structured cleaning schedules tailored to the needs of the household. Occasional travel may be required so candidates must hold a UK or EU passport.

Fluency in Russian is required along with at least five years of experience in a senior housekeeping role within a private household. The ideal candidate will be proactive adaptable and enjoy working as part of a team in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience and includes 28 days of paid annual leave including bank holidays. Main duties of the Full Time Head Housekeeper:

• Managing and supervising a team of five housekeepers across three properties.

• Creating and maintaining structured cleaning schedules based on household needs.
  
• Assigning tasks and ensuring the efficient workflow of the housekeeping team.

• Training and guiding housekeeping staff to maintain high standards.
  
• Ensuring the proper care of fine materials furnishings and delicate surfaces.
  
• Adapting to a flexible schedule with shifting days off.
  
• Coordinating household preparations for travel and special events.

Requirements for The FullTime Head Housekeeper job:
