About this role:
As our Senior Billing Analyst youll be at the heart of ensuring our billing operations are spoton efficient and fully compliant. Youll dive into billing data identify trends and optimise processes to keep things running smoothly. Your expertise will support key Billing initiatives helping drive Cuckoos success and make sure our customers always get the best experience.
This rolerequires occasional presence in our Exeter based Head quarters.
What youll do:
- Billing Process Management:Oversee theendtoend billing process ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for broadband wireless and telecom services. Youll be the one who keeps everything running smoothly!
- Data Analysis & Insights:Dig into customer billing data to spot discrepancies uncover trendsand find new opportunities to improve the billing process. Your knack for detail will help us continuously level up.
- Dispute Resolution:Be the goto person for resolving billing disputes working handinhand with our customer service and sales teams to quickly clear up any issues and keep our customers happy.
- Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure everything stays on track by meeting regulatory requirements adhering to internal policiesand following industry best practices.
- IT Collaboration:Partner with IT to make sure our billing system is running at its best. Youll help solve system issues and optimize features to make the whole process even more efficient.
- Revenue Assurance & Reporting:Create and review reports that dive into revenue assurance billing accuracy and financial performance. Youll help us stay on top of key metrics that drive business success.
- Audit & Regulatory Support:Assist with audits and regulatory reviews providing all the necessary documentation and explanations to ensure everything passes with flying colours.
- Process Improvement:Play a crucial role in developing and rolling out new billing policies and procedures to streamline our operations to keep everything running smoothly.
You should apply if you have:
- Several yearsof experience in billing revenue assurance or financial analysis preferably within a telecommunications or broadband environment.
- A great expertise in telecom billing systems CDRs ratingand invoicing processes.
- Experience with Excel SQLand data analytics tools to perform indepth billing analysis.
- Handson experience with ERP and CRM systems used for billing and financial reporting.
- A natural talent for problemsolving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across crossfunctional teams.
- The abilityto juggle multiple tasks thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced anddynamic environment.
- A great understanding of FCA OFCOMand other key telecommunications regulations.
