RoleOverview:

We arelooking for a Corporate Trainer (IT & Communication) with a strongIT background and expertise in technical training communication skillsdevelopment and professional growth programs. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs toenhance employees technical capabilities customer communication and softskills.



Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

i. Developand deliver technical training programs on IT support cloud solutionscybersecurity and other relevant technologies.

ii. Conduct communication skills training to improve verbal and writteninteractions client handling and professional etiquette.

iii. Create interactive learning modules workshops and assessments to evaluateskill development.

iv. Workclosely with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor trainingprograms accordingly.

v. Trainemployees on customer service best practices for engaging with UKbasedclients.

vi. Keepup to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensuretraining remains relevant.

vii. Implement learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools for remotelearning.

viii. Provide oneonone coaching and mentorship for employees needing additionalsupport.

RequiredSkills & Experience:

i. 37years ofexperience in corporate training technical training or IT coaching.

ii. Strongbackground in IT services cybersecurity cloud solutions or helpdeskoperations.

iii. Expertisein communication skills training professional writing and clientinteraction.

iv. Familiaritywith ISO standards ITIL frameworks and best practices in IT servicemanagement is a plus.

v. Experiencewith instructional design elearning tools and LMS platforms.

vi. Excellentpresentation public speaking and interpersonal skills.

vii. Abilityto engage and motivate learners through interactive training methods.
