Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASING MANAGER for our singlefamily rental home community Soltera Rolling Pines in Conroe TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- 12 years of apartment leasing and customer service experience preferred
- Previous leaseup experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a highvolume office
- Hire train and develop the Leasing Consultants
- Facilitate resident relations and resident retention programs
- Partner with the Assistant Community Manager
- Must be energetic reliable and have strong sales orientation
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
