POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound phone interactions with Spanish speaking residential and business customers. You will provide customer service and educate and upsell customers on products and services. Candidates should be highly reliable have great communication skills and be willing to constantly learn on the job.

This position offers a flexible day and evening schedule options. Fluent Spanish and English is required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls providing worldclass support to existing customers.

  • Utilize contact center technology sales techniques and customer service skills to enhance customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services to increase customer engagement and revenue.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and support issues efficiently ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Represent wellknown brands by delivering knowledgeable and professional service.

  • Engage with hundreds of customers weekly to address concerns promote new offerings and provide tailored solutions.

  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while working in a teamoriented environment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry best practices.

  • Continuously develop expertise in products technology and business processes to provide accurate information.

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a bestinclass customer experience.

In this role you will be responsible taking inbound customer service calls for our existing customers providing world class customer service. You will use state of the art contact center technology sales skills and customer service skills in order to generate interest in new services and capture additional share of wallet from the existing customer base. As a highlytrained expert on products technology and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues sell new products and services and ensure best in class customer experience. You will be one of thebest in the businesswhen it comes to inside customer interactions. Therefore you will need to will need to be a confident fully engaged team player and dedicated to bringing a positive & enthusiastic outlook to work each day. Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately 20 words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate troubleshoot and followup on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution problem solving and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic responsive patient and conscientious)
  • Ability to multitask stay focused and self manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment including a phone copier and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects move objects from place to place hold onto objects and move or exert force up to forty 40 pounds.
