About the role
This is a varied and peoplefacing position where youll be managing customer bookings coordinating with technicians and ensuring everyone stays in the loop customers and colleagues alike. From the first call to the final invoice youll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel looked after not just processed.

Working hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm
1 Saturday in 4
Key duties
Taking customer bookings over the phone email and in person
Liaising between the workshop and customers to provide updates and timelines Producing accurate estimates and invoices
Handling payments
Maintaining service records and customer data
Supporting the wider team with any daytoday operational needs
Key requirements
Previous experience in a service advisor or similar customerfacing role (ideally within the automotive sector)
Strong communication skills clear honest and professional
Naturally organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A friendly nononsense attitude that puts people at ease
