Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide system data and process improvement recommendations for means of automation for Tech Refresh operations and data management.
- Provide project data updates and standings to cover future DIA Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth for sites to come that fall within scope of Tech Refresh while preparing data requirements for Tech Refresh utilization of schedule project success implementation and executions of assets.
- Responsible for providing system data and process improvement recommendations for means of automation for Tech Refresh operations and data management.
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
- Using statistical tools to identify analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
- Analyzing local national and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends patterns and predictions using relevant data.
- Working with programmers engineers and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities propose system modifications and devise data governance strategies.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the dataanalysis steps enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Seasoned technical contributor.
- May manage and influence projects / processes.
- Influences others regarding system design solutions and procedures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly
- Bachelors degree plus 7 years of experience (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as data science statistics mathematics or computer science.
- Demonstrated experience in collecting acquiring extracting integrating inspecting cleaning and modeling data.
- Have a minimum of 5 years in data analysis experience.
- Possess knowledge and experience with data analysis and data technical expertise in data management engineering and science.
- Must have excellent communication teamwork leadership and conflict management and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in transitioning applications to IC Information Technology Environment (ITE) and indepth knowledge of IC ITE services.
