About the Role:

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated strong command of HR principles and best practices for growing companies in the private sector excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various HR tasks in a fastpaced environment with heavy emphasis on recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • This position collaborates closely with the operations team including the dealership general managers to enhance employee relations performance management and compliance with HR policies.
  • The HR Manager will drive initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Serve as an HR advisor for leaders in performance management compensation retention and employee development.
  • Partner with Leadership to drive talent processes such as Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
  • Collaborate with staff using data analytics for benefits compliance and DEI initiatives
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes including reviewing exit interview data
  • Interpret communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Evaluate and maintain processes for orientation onboarding training and personnel development
  • Facilitate the review and administration of wage and salary programs
  • Manage leaves of absence and workers compensation in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and improve HR processes
  • Evaluate HR policies for compliance with local state and federal laws
