Job Location: Amravati
Job Description:
Design all departmental targets and evaluate all staff performance at various meetings and develop and implement effective staff training programs as per requirement.
Monitor project and prepare a schedule of all work within the required timeframe and coordinate with junior engineers site engineers and supervisors to evaluate all approvals.
Coordination between architects and contractors to keep the progress as per the given schedule
Monitoring and of construction work within the project timelines.
Maintaining strict quality control procedures regular testing of materials visual inspections of work conducting regular site safety checks etc
Prioritize plan schedule assign and supervise the engineering department staff
Organizing/coordinating meetings with consultant Architects and contractors
Ensure safety measures are followed by the site team and contractors
Managing/Utilizing team at the site to their maximum potential
determines the goals of the company or organization
delegates tasks as necessary to the engineering team
resolves disputes between team members
Reporting to Project in Charge
Required Key Skills:
Bachelors degree in Civil engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in building construction (Mall type of work)
Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands.
Strong leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving skill
Must be capable of leading all the engineers of the organization.
