Job Description for QA Engineer Role:
Are you a detailoriented QA Engineer with expertise in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications within an Agile fastpaced environment At Divami we are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to design develop and execute both manual and automated test cases using our internal automation framework. Your role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams contributing to test planning and documenting defects using our bugtracking system. If you have experience in QA automation with Selenium WebDriver a solid understanding of frontend technologies mobile and browser testing and strong communication and analytical skills join us to maintain highquality software standards. Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to identify document and track defects effectively.
QA Automation Experience: Proficient in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java essential for developing and executing automated test scripts.
Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills are necessary to troubleshoot issues and ensure software quality.
Frontend Technology Knowledge: Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript to perform thorough testing. Good knowledge of HTTP protocol is an added advantage.
Test Strategy Implementation: Ability to perform testing based on a defined Test Strategy and communicate progress effectively.
Test Documentation: Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation such as test plans test cases and test data.
Performance Testing: Capability to conduct performance and load testing as needed to ensure software efficiency under various conditions.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with industry best practices emerging tools and technologies in QA automation.
Teamwork: Excellent teamwork skills are crucial for participating in test planning strategy discussions and ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience: 45 years of Professional experience.
Educational Background: Bachelors in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering.
