Job Description
QA Engineer with Service Now Experience : 1. 2 5 years of strong experience in Service Now Native and Portal Testing 2. Strong communication skills and knowledge in QA Process (STLC) 3. Agile Methodologies Testing (JIRA Zephyr Qmetry) and Defect Management tools (JIRA Bugzilla etc) 4. Good Experience in ecommerce platforms and models like B2C B2BC2C etc 5. Good knowledge in parallel browser or platform testing using tools like Browser Stack or Sause labs will add on 6. Knowledge in API testing tools like Post Man Swagger UI SOAP UI CURL etc 7. Knowledge in cloud platform like AWS MS Azure and Google will be an add on 8. Basic knowledge in Automation Testing using Selenium and cucumber (open source tools) 9. Basic knowledge in Performance Testing JMeter 10. Basic knowledge in Databases like SQL MySQL etc 11. Experience in ServiceNow Forms automaton using ATF
