Job Description

Industry: Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Our client a manufacturing company is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR policies recruitment compensation and performance management ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local labor laws. The role involves leading a team managing HR budgets and implementing strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.

Main Requirements:

  • Work closely with regional HR office to lead manage direct HR policies programs and systems that support the organizations vision mission values and goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment policy actively get involved in recruitment activity by timely reviewing its effectiveness to ensure meeting companys manpower needs/plan.
  • Design compensation and retention strategy to reduce overall employee turnover and keep high performers on board. Benchmark and periodically review with the management team.
  • Strictly execute company regulations in accordance with business requirements and labor codes.
  • Manage HR budget resources and vendors to ensure compliance with companys ethical standards.
  • Manage the performance management cycle effectively to ensure that performance reviews are conducted according to company policy.

Main Requirement:

  • Only open for expatriates.

  • Minimum bachelors degree in human resource study.

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3 years in managerial role with ability to lead a team of more than 20 headcount.

  • Minimum 3 years handson experience in garment industry.

  • Familiar and wellunderstand Cambodia employment law and regulations governing human resource.

  • Indepth knowledge and experience with compliance audit.

  • Excellent English communication both written and spoken. Candidate with ability to speak or write Mandarin (Chinese) is an added advantage.

  • To be stationed in Phnom Penh Cambodia.
