For our growing Supply Chain and Operations practice in Belgium we are looking for aSenior Consultantto strengthen our Planning team.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant you support and (co)lead project delivery teams improving our clients business performance in line with our Exceptional Client Service approach while helping grow our practice outside of your client work. Drawing on your knowledge skills and experience you will start to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers support bids proposals and thought leadership.

You will work independently as well as in teams. You will coach and support consultants and client team members perform analyses and report finding and results. You will share your expertise with about 40 other colleagues in the Supply Chain & Operations team of EY Belgium. Our team focuses on delivering challenging projects across the entire supply chain. Typical projects are the creation of a supply chain strategy network (re)design supply chain planning logistics & distribution sourcing & procurement and manufacturing excellence.

In addition youll actively establish and strengthen the relationships with our regional and global Supply Chain leadership teams and take part in our international communities.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A masters degree preferably Industrial Engineering Business Supply Chain or Logistics
• Approximately 25 years of professional experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering sustained improvements in business performance gained in industry and/or consulting
• You are passionate about Supply Chain planning and can rely on knowledge and experience in this field or one of the subfields (demand planning forecasting S&OP IBP EBP DRP Production Scheduling) you are also familiar with planning technologies
• Fluent written and spoken English French and/or Dutch
• Excellent analytical skills drive enthusiasm conceptual thinking communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in

Its a plus if you also have

• APICS certification is a plus
• Project management certification such as Prince2 or PMP is plus
• Experience working with specialized solutions including OMP o9 Kinaxis BlueYonder or other
• Any other additional Supply Chain Project Management Data & Analytics related certifications
