Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Data Analyst Architect to lead our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data systems extensive experience in analytics architecture and proven leadership skills. As a key player you will design and optimize data solutions provide technical guidance and manage a team to deliver highimpact datadriven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Architecture and Design:
  • Design scalable and efficient data architectures to support analytics and business intelligence needs.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards ensuring data quality security and compliance.
  1. Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into datadriven solutions.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Manage mentor and inspire a team of data analysts and engineers.
  • Foster a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  1. Technology and Tools:
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and architecture.
  • Guide the adoption and integration of modern tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Apache Spark Snowflake AWS Azure) to enhance analytics capabilities.
  1. Project Management:
  • Oversee endtoend project lifecycles ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to align analytics architecture with organizational strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executives and other key stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics architecture and team leadership.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in data modeling ETL processes and database design.
  • Proficiency in SQL Python R and other analytical tools.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark Kafka).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS Azure GCP).
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and predictive analytics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and mentoring teams with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and criticalthinking skills with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in data analytics cloud platforms or related fields.
  • Experience in implementing data governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
  • Contributions to opensource projects or a strong portfolio of analytics solutions.
