What You Will Do:
The Facilities Project Coordinator will manage entry level expense and capital projects while supporting Project Managers with of larger projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sprint expense and capital projects
- Manage MOCs RFQs Contractor Coordinator (JSAs) PSSRs MACs etc .
- Support construction projects in and out doors
- Maintain budgets for expense projects support capital project budget maintenance
- Maintain a project schedule in an excel worksheet
- Support/active participant in weekly team meetings
- Maintain well organized records of all projects in process
Qualifications You Must Have:
- 5 years of experience working in a machine or facilities maintenance role
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Knowledge of industrial facilities and services equipment
- Knowledge of typical utility requirements
- Knowledge of typical utility failures
- Experience managing contractors conducting work onsite
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products for daily work
