Core Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to internet live chat and phone inquiries promptly to generate sales appointments.
  • Logdaily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
  • Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives highlighting desirable vehicle features.
  • Stay uptodate on product offerings optional packages and latest technology.
  • Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the customer assisting with.
  • setting up vehicle features (i.e. navigation Bluetooth etc. ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Create genuine connections with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • New or used car sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a sales or another customerfacing role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology.
  • The ability to think from the customers perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
  • An excellent work ethic resilience and determination to achieve goals.
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday Friday from 8AM to 9PM and Saturday from 8AM to 8PM and closed Sundays. We support worklife balance by offering a 5day workweek and 8hour shifts. This role requires working with clients facetoface as well as online and over the phone. Sales Specialists work indoors and occasionally outdoors doing vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
