About the Role
As an IT Systems Analyst you will be pivotal in managing enhancing and supporting Kinetics dayofoperations systems including ticketing platforms scheduling systems and workforce management tools. Collaborating with IT teams vendors and internal stakeholders youll ensure seamless system functionality align operational processes and drive service excellence.
What Youll Do
- Oversee and maintain ticketing scheduling and workforce management systems.
- Provide technical support to resolve system issues swiftly.
- Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance system performance and implement new features.
- Deliver training and create documentation for endusers.
- Analyse system data and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
What Youll Bring
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification.
- Proven experience with operational systems such as ticketing and scheduling platforms.
- Strong skills in process mapping and problemsolving.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
