Location:RSMC Services Remote for the first 6 months then hybrid 3 days inoffice 2 days remote). Las Vegas NV.

Position Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing strategic relationships and driving the growth of RSMC Services. This role requires a selfmotivated individual with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dental industry to expand RSMC Services client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends market demands and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and staffing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business development sales or account management preferably in staffing or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the dental industry or healthcare staffing is a plus.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
