The Financial Services Consulting team is one of the largest advisory practices in PwC Poland 100 people and growing) specializing in guiding financial institutions (banking insurance and capital markets) through the complexities of risk management (financial and nonfinancial risks) and regulatory compliance landscape. By leveraging deep sector knowledge and with the use of cuttingedge technology we enable our clients to maintain robust governance and regulatory adherence build sustainable competitive advantages and keep strong organizational resilience.
We work closely with clients from Poland and regions like CEE EMEA and Middle East.
We are looking for:
Financial Services Manager
Your future role:
- Assess the impact of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements (including data management/governance and risk controls frameworks) on models processes and IT systems
- Develop and enhance risk management / data governance frameworks strategies and policies and support in their implementation
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes IT systems and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend tailored solutions
- Lead consulting projects by managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project deliverables meet highquality standards
- Analyze clients needs and develop innovative datadriven strategies to optimize processes manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and solutions to modernize financial services operations and improve risk management practice
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institution clients acting as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services contribute to proposals and support the growth of our FS consulting practice.
Apply if you have:
- 5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry and/or consulting
- Technical and operational understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial industry standards
- Strong knowledge of governance around risk and risk reporting processes with good understanding on how to manage financial and nonfinancial risks
- Experience in designing implementing and enhancing risk and business processes
- Working experience with internal control processes (incl. RCSA)
- Willingness to adapt to a fastpaced work environment
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Team oriented mindset with excellent analytical problem solving and organizational capabilities
- Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients if needed.
