This is a truly exciting opportunity to be part of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) at the Ware site GSK. At the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Ware site we have a heritage in making innovative medicines for diseases like asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) HIV and cancer.
An exciting place to work Ware is the new product introduction site (NPI) for respiratory and oral solid dose medicines and has supported the launch of over 15 new innovative medicines since 2017.
On site we produce over 60 million respiratory inhalers each year with growing demand in future years. The site also processes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) for use both on site and other manufacturing sites in our network.
We are colocated with our R&D colleagues and recently opened a new stateoftheart oral solid dose facility at Ware where scientists technicians and engineers from R&D and GSC will work collaboratively together using the latest technologies and rapid knowledge transfer to deliver GSKs most innovative medicines faster and more efficiently.

We have an exciting opportunity for the Respiratory & Micronising Value Stream Director to join the team to lead the Respiratory & Micronising organisation in delivering medicines to patients and developing and delivering our strategy for the value stream.
The Respiratory & Micronising Value Stream Director manages the Respiratory and Micronising Value Streams to deliver high quality products manufactured in a safe way to fulfil the needs of supply chain. The future incumbent develops area strategy that aligns to Ware future state including GSK Production System and manages personnel operation activities and budget related to production. The Respiratory & Micronising Value Stream Director is part of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and provides strategic input to enable the site to meet its business goals
