Why be a Senior Influencer Executive at THG
Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager the Senior Influencer Marketing Executive will be a proactive creative and hardworking individual whos passionate about influencer marketing and social media for LOOKFANTASTIC. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing influencer collaborations on all scales with the ability to create strategic plans and 360 influencer campaigns that align with wider marketing communications. Youwill be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally as well as having strong negotiation and organisational skills.
As a Senior Influencer Executive youll:
- Recruiting highly relevant influencer talent for LOOKFANTASTIC
- Engaging with influencers across a variety of social channels either directly or through their agent representation
- Negotiating the terms of collaboration and ensuring seamless onboarding contracting and relationship management
- Working with the wider marketing teams to build bestinclass activations
- Regular performance reports monitoring progress across the channel
- Influencer mapping using our inhouse tools and social media platforms to identify potential collaboration opportunities
- Ensuring optimal marketing coverage leveraging trading events to amplify campaigns
What Skills and Experience do I need
- A genuine interest in Influencer Marketing and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing
- Experience in managing influencer campaigns with a wide range of objectives and KPIs
- An understanding of how influencers and wider community can play a key role in building brand awareness affinity content creation and driving commercial value
- Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram Facebook YouTube TikTok Blogs
- Outstanding communication negotiation and organisational skills
- A proactive selfstarter with a problemsolving attitude
