SCHEDULE

- Manages the daily activities of direct reports and operational activities of business processes such as design and delivery
- Partners with Leader to help set the direction resourcing work assignment development coaching and performance assessment of team
- Partners closely with HR Technology team to help define learning requirements aligned with the learning strategy that require technology to support/deliver the learning experience. This may include contributing to the learning technology roadmap and being involved in evaluating content and technology vendors.
- Examines and reviews current instructional design processes to identify opportunities for increased success and partners with ID Leader in the implementation of new processes and procedures for the ID team.
- Manages multiple projects and ensures relationships with internal partners are collaborating to address and deliver on needed learning solutions.
- Establishes metrics to measure training effectiveness against course materials and provides data to VP Talent & Member development and functional TMD leaders to support outcomes and decision making.
- Monitors and tracks success measurements for all programs in concert with TMD leaders.
- Provides input on defining executing and ensuring Mountain Americas learning strategy is integrated with learning design and delivery.
- Scales training endeavors with the growth of Mountain America.
- Partners with ID Leader and other Talent and Member Development (TMD) leaders to identify the correct subject matter experts (internal/external) to ensure the need and establishment of content/courses throughout Mountain America.
- Writes learning objectives performance assessments outlines storyboards facilitator guides evaluation tools etc. to support online learning and initiatives.
- Consults on the design of course materials utilizing graphics animation audio video and multimedia to make training dynamic visually appealing interactive interesting and useful.
- Considers ongoing updates revisions and customization of defined learning strategy to reflect business needs and organizational direction
- Coordinates communications with internal stakeholders through integrated intake process formally and informally through functional leaders (TMD Leaders).
- Integrates available metrics to measure training effectiveness against course materials and provides data to VP Talent & Member development and functional TMD leaders to support outcomes and decision making.
- Provides metrics for curriculum design and tracks success measurements for all programs in concert with TMD leaders.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS and ABILITIES

Experience
- 4 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Demonstrated experience with eLearning development curriculum design and training methodologies
- Experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience with building and maintaining courseware and participant databases
- Experience with agile learning design
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Must have experience in webbased training storyboard design and Instructorled training design
Education
Bachelors degree in related field. OR 4 years additional professional experience.
Licenses Certifications Registrations
L&D Methods Project Management experience for learning projects. PMP preferred
Managerial Responsibility
Has leadership/managerial responsibilities that are direct or through work leaders or assistants typically with a subordinate group of 26 employees. Estimates personnel needs and assigns work to meet these needs. Supervises coordinates and reviews the work of assigned staff. Recommends candidates for employment conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and applies company policy.

Computer/Office Equipment Skills
- Proficiency in elearning tools such as Articulate Camtasia Captivate to create interactive SCORMcompliant webbased training deliverables
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software particularly InDesign
- Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams Word PowerPoint Excel
- Knowledge of graphic design
- Knowledge of mobile learning best practices
- Experience creating editing synchronizing and/or recording both audio and video for webbased learning
Language Skills
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow instructions.
