Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and engage potential clients in the commercial leasing and office design sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
Sales Strategy DevelopmentCreate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Closing DealsLead negotiations with clients to close lease agreements for commercial spaces.
Prepare and present proposals for office design and build projects addressing client needs and expectations.
Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Project CoordinationWork closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless of office build projects.
Monitor project timelines and budgets providing updates to clients as necessary.
Performance Tracking & ReportingAnalyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities client feedback and market trends for senior management.
