Pomellato is part of Kering a global luxury group managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion leather goods jewellery and watches.
We are currently looking for a Lean Manager.
How will you contribute:
The candidate will join the Industrial Operations division to implement and drive Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs.
The new resource managing the Lean team will cover this role for both the internal factory and external production units.
He/she will play a crucial role in ensuring that the method is fully implemented and supporting a team of experts able to guide the organization in the continuous improvement path.
The candidate we are looking for will be in charge of the following activities:
Analysing and changing current production processes to optimize KPIs in quality efficiency service level;
Analyzing the efficiency and throughput timeof production lines and defining the cycles and the timing of the work steps;
Optimizing work flow and cells design;
Managing activities in time and motion;
Standardization of procedures;
Optimizing flows of information and materials among department;
Supporting the continuous development of the area;
Training employees on Continuous Improvement principles.
Who you are:
Proven experience gained in a similar role within international companies;
Expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies;
Masters degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations or related degree;
Positive and proactive attitude strong organizational and time management skills;
Analytical skills combined with good negotiation and conflict management skills;
Teamwork skills;
Ability to coach and influence others;
Fluent in Italian and English.
