Responsibilities:
Entering tracking and reporting orders using our inhouse software.
Creating documentation according to the standard operating procedures.
Skills Required:
Good in MS office (MS Word Excel and Power Point)
Good verbal and written communication in English and Tamil
Attention to details and meticulous documentation
Quick learner
Experience: 1 3 years.
Deal Breakers: Should be able to join within 2 weeks Should have clarity on being a consultant Vs being an employee Should be willing to undergo three stage evaluation process including doing simple assignments Should be willing to have 24 weeks trial period Should be willing to contribute and trained in other area of business.
Process of screening at Infinite Healing:
We screen candidates in three stages to select right one for us. Our evaluation process is all about evaluating the right resource from different perspectives. Here are the details of each evaluation stage
Stage: 1 You will be evaluated for your aptitude and analysis skills via online test. You just need to confirm your availability via calendly and the online test will be available to you.
Stage: 2 Based on the skill set we will ask you to complete an assignment in defined time period.
Stage: 3 Interview with management via skype
Policies at infinite Healing:
Being a consultancy services we are not offering any paid leaves other than government declared holidays. If you take any leave it will be a Leave Without Pay.
Your probation period will be for 2 weeks. During probation period you will be assessed for your strengths and based on output we will confirm you as part of team or will extend probation period.
Once you have passed through all 3 stages of screening and have agreed upon policies we will like you to sign a contract agreement with us. The agreement is not at all about any bond or liabilities but only to confirm that you have accepted our terms and policies.
