Good experience in Automotive transmission and driveline (traditional andelectric) systems.
Develop CFD methods and use of tools to support new designs relevant totransmission and driveline as well as resolve issues relating to manufacturingand quality.
Should be able to identify root cause of undesired outcomes from simulationsand finding the reasonable solution.
Experience with twophase flow modeling (VOF) and multicell region problems(moving/sliding mesh).
Conduct model correlations for subsystem functionality verification.
Thorough understanding of physics related to fluid dynamics and heat transfer.
Handson experience with StarCCM and ANSA.
Preferred candidate will be an individual contributor working directly withglobal design and product development teams on futuristic hybrid and batteryelectric vehicles.
