YOUR MISSION
At Glovo we are witnessing extraordinary growth in our Quickcommerce business and were just getting started. As leaders in this space we have a unique opportunity to increase online grocery penetration from 23 to over 10 in our markets.
As a Senior Product Manager in our Quickcommerce team youll play a crucial part in enhancing our core value propositions of affordability and assortment while building customer trust through outstanding pre and postpurchase experiences. Your challenge will be to develop innovative product features that address these opportunities and drive our growth forward.

THE JOURNEY
- Problem Solving: Utilize strong problemsolving skills to navigate challenges and devise effective solutions that drive product success.
- Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to assess complex situations make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives that maximize impact.
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for our Quickcommerce offerings aligning with overall business goals.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Feature Development: Lead the development of new product features ensuring they enhance our core value propositions. Champion exceptional user experiences throughout the pre and postpurchase journey building customer trust and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to align on priorities gather insights and ensure successful product delivery.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design and data teams to deliver highquality products on time.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and iterate based on datadriven insights.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management preferably in consumer facing products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment without excessive structure
- A strong businessdriven mindset and product sense.
- Solid experience collaborating with technical stakeholders (Data Engineering & Design).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders (both technical and nontechnical) drive vision and clearly explain user value and business impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
