As a Group Product Manager youll shape Workatos API Management strategy and build a unified platform for the entire API lifecycle. Your mission: eliminate fragmented tools and empower enterprises with a seamless AIpowered API ecosystem.
What Youll Do
Lead API Management Innovation
- Define and execute the strategy for a Full Lifecycle API Platformfrom design to security publishing monitoring and consumption.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for API platform owners developers and consumers.
Drive AIPowered Insights
- Use AI to simplify API discovery documentation and monitoring making adoption effortless.
- Infuse machine learning to optimize API performance and security.
Build EnterpriseReady Solutions
- Ensure builtin governance security and scalability for largescale API programs.
- Align API management with Workatos orchestration suite for seamless operations.
Lead CrossFunctional
- Partner with engineering UX and GTM teams to drive adoption.
- Be a thought leader inspiring confidence in customers and internal teams.
Who You Are
Product & Leadership Expertise
- 5 years in SaaS or B2B product management with a track record of shipping and scaling data products.
- Strong ability to influence strategy and drive in fastpaced environments.
API & Cloud Expertise
- Deep understanding of API Gateways Developer Portals and API Security.
- Handson experience with Apigee Kong AWS GCP or Azure.
AI & DataDriven Approach
- Experience with AIdriven API insights predictive analytics and automation.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into userfriendly solutions.
CustomerCentric & Analytical
- Strong datadriven decisionmaking skills using analytics and customer research.
- Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
