- Deliver water treatment products salt & bottled water) to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
- Prepare process and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
- Handle customer issues complaints and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customerfocused style of service
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
- Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
- Assist service technicians with installation and removal of water treatment equipment
- Complete shop maintenance as assigned
- Endofroute supervisor checkins with daily recaps
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- 13 years of route experience preferred although not required
- A valid drivers license
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Detailoriented highly organized
- Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Clean and professional appearance
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
