Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Partner Manager to drive and manage strategic relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) Solution Partners and Tech Alliances. This seniorlevel role will be based in Austin TX and will play a critical role in growing our business through key partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with top Cloud Service Providers navigating complex partner ecosystems and delivering highimpact results.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Partner Management: Develop manage and deepen relationships with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) Solution Partners and technology alliances to drive business growth.
Revenue Generation: Identify qualify and manage partnerdriven opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Joint GotoMarket Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans sales strategies and comarketing campaigns to expand market reach.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between partnership goals and company objectives.
Contract Negotiations: Lead partnership agreement negotiations ensuring favorable terms that align with business goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partner performance metrics including pipeline creation deal closure rates and revenue generation.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends especially in cloud computing and leverage this knowledge to inform partnership strategies.
Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the tools training and resources they need to succeed in selling and implementing solutions.
WHAT YOULL BRING:
Experience: 8 years of experience in partner management with a strong focus on Cloud Service Providers. Experience with Solution Partners and Tech Alliances is a plus.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem including leading CSPs (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Microsoft Azure) and proven success in building and scaling cloudrelated partnerships.
Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue through partner channels and close complex deals.
Leadership Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Austin TX.
Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
