CFO

Hire Resolve a leading recruitment agency is currently looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our clients team. As CFO you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of the organization while overseeing all financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning and forecasting financial reporting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally you will lead financial audits manage cash flow and provide strategic consultation to the executive team.

The ideal candidate will have robust financial acumen exemplary leadership capabilities and experience in a senior finance role.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting within leadership
• Proven experience in a senior financial management position
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
• Relevant professional qualification CA(SA)
