Job Description
The Actimize Tech Lead is responsible for delivering scalable financial crime and compliance solutions using the NICE Actimize platform. This role involves handson development customization and deployment of RCM AIS and related Actimize components ensuring high performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Design and implement Actimize solutions including RCM AIS CDD KYC ActOne STAR and SAM modules.
Develop configure and enhance alert types workflows DART views VFS and plugins.
Customize and manage AIS components including flows EPs channels and active tables.
Maintain and optimize database procedures views and complex queries.
Work on endtoend alert distribution logic and alert management features.
Utilize UDM knowledge for upstream/downstream data integration.
Perform RCM plugin development Actimize scheduler configuration and advanced AIS customization.
Execute UNIX commands and troubleshoot Actimize on Linux/Windows environments.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
Participate in code reviews system testing and performance tuning of Actimize systems.
Mandatory Skills
Technical Skills NICE Actimize (RCM AIS ActOne CDD KYC STAR SAM) SQL Plugin & AIS Development Alert Management UNIX/Linux Java (basic) RCM scheduler UDM excellent communication.
Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Strong problemsolving abilities to identify and implement system improvements.
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clients.
