Job Description
- Quantity Surveying Extract quantity from drawings and review them.
- Billing Checking bills for inaccuracy and deviations when submitted from the site. Preparing consolidated bills of quantities for projects.
- Cost Analysis Prepare cost estimates and track deviation.
- Rate Analysis Conducting rate analysis of civil activities and estimating construction projects.
- Store Reconciliation Material reconciliation with actual progress.
- Resource planning & Scheduling Preparing and tracking
- ReportsTo check quality reports/track progress/timelines/schedules.
Key Skills Needed
- BE Civil/. (Civil) Diploma (Civil) with 3 years experience in residential building projects.
- Should have working knowledge of taking out quantities from drawings
- Should have working knowledge of AutoCAD for calculation purposes
CTC
- Upto Rs. 56 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
- Corporate health insurance
