The Role:
We are seeking a fulltime Research Associate to join Wood Mackenzies Power and Renewables Research team focusing on the shortterm analysis of European power markets including dayahead intraday and balancing markets.
As a Research Associate you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining power market forecasting models across various European geographies. Your work will focus on modeling market and leverage advanced mathematical optimization techniques machine learning (ML) algorithms and data analytics to provide accurate price forecasts and actionable insights for our clients.
