We are seeking a Benefits & Disability Claims Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role you will oversee and enhance processes guide a team of dedicated professionals and act as a key liaison between employees insurers and internal stakeholders. Together well foster a supportive environment where employees feel empowered and valued.

The Benefits & Disability Claims Manager is responsible for leading the Benefits Administration and Disability Management plans that support Karis Disability Services employees. They are responsible to develop and maintain programs in accordance with all policies and legislation. The Benefits & Disability Claims Manager serves as the primary liaison and ensures accurate information between benefit providers employees supervisors third party claims adjudicator and the Human Resources Department. They are responsible for leading benefit programs including retirement plans group benefits (health & dental) Healthcare Spending Accounts and Employee Assistance Programs as well as Disability Management including medical leaves short/long term disability injury at work medical accommodations and return to work plans. They support the Human Resources Business Partner team with accurate information and documentation related to complex accommodation cases and legal matters.
