What We Offer:
Competitive base pay between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

About the Role:
In this position you will:
Answer a multiline phone system
Maintain and update the company database and calendars
Act as the office liaison connecting departments vendors and staff members
General office tasks including but not limited to: filing making job packets reminder phone calls distributing mail welcoming incoming customers and visitors office supply inventory and cleaning the front area
Key Qualifications:
Previous administrative or clerical experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal communications skills
Ability and desire to learn new things
Willingness to go the extra mile!
