Job Description
Position:Director of Corporate FP&A
Industry: Only considering Banking backgrounds
Location:Phoenix Arizona (relocation offered)
Compensation: $200K base 2025 bonus $40K equity robust benefits
An elite financial powerhouse financial institution is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to own highlevel strategic financial planning and modeling. Reporting directly to the SVP this role is a highimpact highly visible position with direct collaboration with Csuite and finance leadership.
This is not a businessunit FP&A roleits a true corporate finance leadership position handling consolidated forecasting asset/liability management capital liquidity and profitability strategy. If you thrive in a fastmoving datadriven environment where your insights drive critical executive decisions this is the role for you.
Key Highlights:
Master financial modeling overseeing budgets and forecasts at the highest level
Partner with Treasury on ALM capital liquidity and cash management strategies
Lead forecasting and profitability analysis to guide highstakes decisions
Individual contributor role with significant executive exposure and impact
Growthoriented environment with strong internal promotion history
Ideal Candidate:
10 years of corporate FP&A experience (not just BUlevel)
Banking/financial services background is required
Senior Manager stepping into a Director role Perfect. Must be strategic & influential
Strong understanding of bank balance sheets operations and profitability drivers
CPA CFA or MBA preferred
