Let us tell you a bit more about the role
As aBusiness Services Manageryou will report to the Operational Business Manager this post will work in partnership with Business Services Team Leaders national Business Managers and local Operational Managers to manage and develop effective and consistent Business Service processes which enable the local delivery of services to children and families and are responsive to requests from the Courts.
Should your application be successful you will contribute to the effective and efficient management and progression of cases managing a team that provides administrative support to the local Family Court Advisers and Service Managers.

Be Their Voice
We are Cafcass the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service and we represent children in family court cases in England.
Independently advising the family courts about what is safe for children and in their best interests we speak up for overchildren every year when the family court makes critical decisions about their futures ensuring their needs wishes and feelings are heard.

Wellbeing
The wellbeing of our colleagues is something we are truly passionate about as demonstrated by everyone having four dedicated additional days per year when they are encouraged to spend time focusing on their health and wellbeing.
