Quality Supervisor
What youll do:
Stablish and monitoring of goals and objectives according the policy deployment of AST and or quality. Management the human resources to improve the process. Coordinate all the problems rank A or TIRs until the implementation of systematic actions. Advise and address the quality group in solution of problems internal and external. Evaluate and propose improvements of the quality systems. Stablish ways for the communication effective with related areas. Avoid negative impacts with financial results of the company through the reduction or elimination of s related to the process. Support to develop coordinate and implement strategies of improvements of process with the AMC. Advise with the 18 points of PPAP to the AMC.
What is required:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related. Automotive manufacturing experience. Advanced English skills. Monitoring and analysis data of process audits and statistical process controls and define the corrective actions. Problem solving tools. PFMEA and Control plan knowledge. SPC. 8Ds methodology.
