Purpose of the job
As the Head of Propositions B2B (Core Products) you will drive the product strategy for our core B2B offerings used by both payment networks banks and their customers. You will be responsible for building a cohesive long term product roadmap and defining solutions that meet the needs of our business clients and their customers while aligning with our broader organisational goals.
Your leadership will guide crossfunctional teams through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to market launch and iteration ensuring that our B2B products consistently deliver value to our clients their customers and Collinson.
As the Head of Propositions B2B (Core Products) you will serve as a thought leader working closely with internal and external stakeholders including clients and our suppliers maintain a deep understanding of market trends customer needs and emerging technologies.
Your role will include managing the B2B Propositions team ensuring that they are empowered to execute the product strategy effectively while fostering a collaborative environment across the organisation.
