We have summer internship opportunities in our hotel located in Quebec the Alt Hotel for a period varying between 3 and 6 months starting this may 2025.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Help with checkin and checkout.
- Assist agents in complex situations.
- Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests provide information on hotel services schedules available amenities etc..
- Collaborate with other departments.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Study in Hospitality program or similar program is an asset
- Strong communication skills in French and English both oral and written due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with Englishspeaking colleagues partners or customers across Canada.
- Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
