Get to Know the Role

You will hire talent to lead the growth of Grab and expected to deliver highquality Talent Acquisition partnership to the Tech Functions of Grab. As an individual contributor you will report into the Head of People Operations in India and the role will be based onsite.

This is an important role fuelling growth for an office with a charter to build a world class engineering team. You will participate in detailed discussions with our stakeholders both locally and abroad. Focus will be on strategy.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will manage the endtoend candidate lifecycle ensuring a positive and engaging experience from sourcing to Offer closure.
  • You will partner with leaders to address hiring needs use market insights to target top talent develop strategic recruitment plans and ensure closures of senior and complex roles.
  • You will analyse data to create relevant insights empowering leaders to make informed hiring decisions.
  • You will navigate complex hiring situations develop solutions fix broken processes and implement improvements to lead efficiency.
  • You will help plan and implement campus hiring and engagement employer branding and recruitment marketing programmes.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 10 years of experience recruiting for Technology and Product functions applying diverse sourcing channels including online platforms and social media resources (e.g. LinkedIn job boards Boolean searches and social networks) to build a talent pipeline.
  • Experience with fullcycle recruiting from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Evaluate market trends and data design targeted recruitment strategies provide applicable insights for complex hiring challenges.
  • Be able to collaborate with leaders align on hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment and compensation decisions.
  • Experience leading recruitment programmes (campus hiring referral programmes) mentoring team members and encouraging a culture of learning and collaboration.
