SCRM LIDL Digital Hub

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized motivated and proactive Product Manager to oversee and coordinate projects with stakeholders in an international environment. This role will act as the bridge between the development squad internal stakeholders and external partners ensuring successful integrations within the established timelines. Additionally the Product Manager will work closely with the Product Owner in defining the products strategy.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact between the Squad and countries/stakeholders ensuring clear and smooth communication.
  • Build and maintain longterm strategic relationships with stakeholders across different countries.
  • Identify understand and document stakeholder needs through regular meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between the Squad and countries making sure business requirements are understood and properly prioritized.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Product Owner to turn them into actionable steps.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts remove project roadblocks and manage risks.
  • Transmit that we work iteratively and that the country needs to be made aware. Additionally involve stakeholders in key ceremonies
  • (whenever necessary) e.g. Sprint Review.

Project Coordination and

  • Work closely with business areas and data analysts to define and track KPIs.
  • Document project progress (rollout plan activation) as well as developed features and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Update executive and portfolio management reports to ensure visibility into product evolution and performance.
  • Validate and ensure that the features developed by the Squad meet country expectations.
  • Plan and coordinate the adoption of the digital solution with countries ensuring early alignment for a smooth and efficient implementation by the Squad.
  • Promote datadriven decisionmaking in collaboration with the Product Owner and Data Analyst to enhance product development.
  • Capable of coordinating project even in the absence of the Product Owner.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders in international environments.

Product Promotion and Adoption

  • Drive product adoption in different countries through engagement and training strategies.
  • Conduct specialized training sessions to ensure teams understand the products benefits usage and how to sell it effectively.
  • Organize and lead workshops alongside Country Managers and key stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate project status risks and roadblocks in coordination with the Rollout team.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Project Manager to coordinate the implementation and rollout of new integrations across platforms.
  • Gather feedback from countries and stakeholders to continuously improve the product and its adoption strategy.
  • Customer centricity: minimum 3 years of experience in digital environment.

  • Project management tools: Proficient with tools like JIRA Trello or Asana to manage tasks and workflows.
  • (Desired) basic technical knowledge: Understands fundamental technical concepts to collaborate with tech teams.
  • ResultsOriented Mindset: Focuses on achieving outcomes and meeting objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Spanish & English): Communicates ideas clearly and concisely while effectively negotiating and engaging with all stakeholders.
