Job Description

- Shift Time: Mon Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay: $2530/H based on experience.
Job Responsibilities forOrder Management Specialist :
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Shipping and Receiving
- Data entry enteringsale orders POs and Invoicing
- 2 plus years experience with order management such as processing orders to tracking and delivery
- Experience with P21 SAP Infor M3 orSage.is highly required
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Data entry skills organization multitasking and customer focus is required
- Drive forklift
