What are the goals of Affinity Department
We develop & manage an insurance distribution scheme where tailormade insurance products are sold attached to other products or services. It relates strictly to the distribution through a Partner (B2B2C or B2B2B) it has no limitation of product or business segment. Usually these programs are tools for differentiation and added revenue for companies (Partners) with a large client base (e.g. telco companies online platforms retailers dedicated associations manufacturers dealers sharing economy segment etc.. This innovative type of business created the first INSURTECHS and the first Disruptions of the insurance distribution and product development areas.
We will count on you to:
Enhance Client Satisfaction:
Manage key client relationships fostering strong partnerships and delivering added value.
Conduct ongoing analysis of product performance focusing on penetration rates customer satisfaction and overall value to end customers and sponsors.
Provide comprehensive support to partners regarding insurance programs.
Coordinate monthly settlement information reporting and compliance with internal procedures.
Target Revenue & New Business Development:
Drive revenue growth by increasing attachment rates introducing new products and optimizing processes for existing clients.
Identify and manage new client opportunities.
Support the design and implementation of sales initiatives in the Romanian market.
Collaborate with the local Marsh Affinity unit and engage with the Regional and International Affinity teams on regional projects.
Conduct meetings with clients and prospects to foster relationships and explore new opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed:
Wellorganized with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
A passion for creating new products and delivering added value to partners and customers.
Proven experience in implementing and managing complex projects that require alignment among multiple stakeholders.
Experience in driving sales initiatives and achieving revenue targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships across teams and with external partners.
Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to leverage insights for informed business decisions.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
Nativelevel Romanian and fluency in English (written and spoken) are essential.
