MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior executives
2 3 Years Experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting executive managements
Familiar with Managing Directors office management procedures and basic accounting principle.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Ability to work in an office environment
Occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings and travel schedules
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
