Job Description
Working in our brand new stateoftheart security centre you will monitor various types of alarms including Intruder Panic Fire and CCTV and respond to routine or reactive responses by following procedures and using initiative.
Shifts 24/7 operation. Shifts of 12 hours 4 days on 4 days off.

Key responsibilities will be:
* Monitor all systems within the control room in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures legislation and the codes of practice.
* Liaise with Police other agencies and designated employees to coordinate the appropriate emergency response by risk assessment and adherence to company procedures.
* Provide routine system support to all clients i.e. system testing administering alarm configurations
* Participate in departmental administrative duties when needed
* Report all events and actions taken in a clear legible and accurate written format.
* Provide efficient and courteous telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries
* Ensure smooth handovers between operators
Applicants should have customer Service call centre or administration experience plus be computer literature.
A Security Clearance check will be required.
