About the role:

Join our growing InHouse Creative Agency as a Senior Art Director specializing in brand marketing product storytelling social media and video content. In this role you will drive creative excellence shape visual storytelling and set the creative vision for Back Markets brand presence across digital and traditional platforms. Youll collaborate within a dynamic international team working closely with overseas colleagues crossfunctional partners and reporting to the Senior Lead Art Director.

As a Senior Art Director youll be responsible for pushing the boundaries of brand creativity ensuring a bestinclass design approach that strengthens Back Markets cultural relevance and global impact. Your expertise in visual design social media storytelling and brand communication will be instrumental in crafting highimpact campaigns from concept to .

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):

    • Lead the of Back Markets global design identity across multiple channels including traditional advertising (film outofhome print) digital (website app digital ads) social media (motion & static content) and experiential activations.
    • Drive creative excellence across all marketing and social media communications ensuring innovation and consistency in brand expression.
    • Own the visual storytelling for Back Markets social media platforms ensuring a unique and culturally relevant aesthetic that differentiates the brand.
    • Collaborate closely with the inhouse social media team to conceptualize design and produce engaging content that drives audience connection and brand affinity.
    • Mentor and inspire junior designers and art directors fostering a culture of innovation growth and high design standards.
    • Partner with external creators including designers illustrators animators filmmakers and experiential designers to push creative boundaries and bring campaigns to life.
    • Elevate Back Markets brand impact globally through highly crafted breakthrough creative.
    • Design socialfirst content that resonates with cultural moments and trends establishing Back Market as a leader in digital storytelling.
    • Champion and evolve the Brand Visual Identity ensuring consistency and high standards across all touchpoints.
    • Push the brands missiondo more with what we already haveinto the future with bold innovative creativity.
    • Transform Back Market into a household name that is widely recognized trusted and admired.
    • Longterm goal: Define and develop a distinct visual world and social identity across Back Markets social media channels ensuring longterm brand cohesion and recognition.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF YOU HAVE:

    • 8 years of experience in art direction design leadership or a related field with a strong background in brand marketing and social media content creation.
    • A proven track record of delivering highquality culturedefining creative that stands out in competitive markets.
    • Expertise in digital storytelling with a keen understanding of social media trends platform dynamics and audience engagement.
    • A strong design leadership mentality with the ability to mentor guide and elevate creative teams.
    • A strategic mindset with the ability to align brand storytelling with business goals while maintaining exceptional creative quality.
    • Mastery of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Figma etc. and a strong understanding of motion design typography and composition.
